Hi all,

My name is Charles and I live in Los Angeles. I am very interested in real estate investing, but haven't decided on a particular niche. I look forward to taking in the plethora of knowledge that this site has to offer. By the way, I found this site researching a "guru" company and I am very happy that I did so. I look forward to networking with you all.

Welcome Charles,

You will be very pleased, as have I, with what I've found here in terms of community and experienced individuals that have a large bank of knowledge and are willing to share with us. To figure out what area of investing you want to explore, find within yourself your strengths and weaknesses and find out which one can be tolerated the most when dealing with money. Someone with a lot of patience, for example, would be able to stay in a deal a lot longer without stressing themselves out.

This will play a key role in the type of energy and effort you put into each and every one of your deals, and will take you a long way. You will learn as you go, and you just need to keep believing that the goal is not just the maximum return, but also deal efficiency and the ability to have quality oversight.

Good luck!
