Just surfin for a site like this. Looks like there is a lot of good info on here.
My wife and I live near Spokane wa. and have bought 6 or 7 fixers in the last 10 years or so. Been out of it for a few years and just starting to get back into real estate, due to a job realated injury, I have to do something, and since we know a little bit about real estate, it seamed to make sense. We are looking for single family homes to rent out, and possibly some multi units. Oh and investors/partners with the same goals.
