Hello BP. My name is Jeff and I'm a new member in Baltimore. I plan to buy and hold SFH and multi's in Baltimore City or County. Right now I'm trying to learn all I can about the area to figure out where best to get started. BP is an unbelievable resource. I'm so glad I found you.
