New guy living in Fayetteville, NC

What's up BP, I am in the military and have recently relocated to Fayetteville North Carolina. I do not have much experience regarding buying and selling real estate, but do however have experience with the building side of real estate. I look forward to learning as much as possible from the fine people giving out information on Bigger Pockets, and ultimately would like to have a sustainable income from the real estate ventures I intend on embarking upon.
