Oldie but Newbie from Central Ohio

hi everyone, Ive been lurking these boards for years, and have learned a lot here. Figured id join up and participate some. Ive been a landlord for 8 years ish. Ive done a few flips a little wholesaling etc. I make a majority of my money from rentals though. Im fairly experienced in most aspects of construction and rehab, although Im getting away from as much of it as I can to focus on creating more deals. Im also in the process of getting my real estate license. Thanks for reading my introduction and I look forward to talking with you guys. Hopefully I can add some value to the boards that have given me so much.
