Hi all, I'm new to the property investing business 'other than owning my own home' and am planning to purchase my first investment property in the coming 6 to 12 months. Most of the info that I read online refers to the US so I would be very interested to get in touch with anyone that invests in Canada, particularly in the Montreal and Ottawa regions.
