I finally decided to take the plunge and move out of lurkdom and actually start posting. I've been listening to the podcasts non-stop for days. My waistline thanks BP due to the increased number of runs I've been taking, just to have an opportunity to listen to more podcasts. 

I bought my first home when I was 23, bought two investment properties with my parents when I was 24, and then bought another primary residence at 26. I rented out the first house. I gained my fourth rental when I was 32 and bought my most recent primary residence. 

I started selling real estate when I was 23 and started my own company when I was 30. I branched out into property management, and have 55 properties under my wing. This does not include my own. 

As much as I would love to gain new clients through BP, I'm really here to soak up the wealth of knowledge this community possesses. I find real estate fascinating, and there are so many RE ponds I have yet to dip my toe in. Maybe a flip is in my near future?
