Brand New Wholesaler From St. Louis, MO/St. Charles, MO

Hi Everyone!

I'm Andrew Balint from St. Louis/St Charles, MO. I am 21, a full time student, and BRAND new to any type of real estate investing. I want to wholesale a house. Or two. Or twelve. Or more. Lol I'd actually like to start a part time wholesaling business while I'm in school. I'm really excited to get started (I'm hoping to actually start looking for deals in a week or two), but I wanted to meet some other investors first. I'm going to the REI Club meeting in St. Charles on Tuesday the 5th. If anyone from there is on here, it'd be awesome to meet you. Then I won't have to show up not knowing anyone :) if not, I'll be fine, but still! I'm really excited to meet everyone! Thanks guys!
