My name is Val,
Just opened up my BP profile. I am looking for away to make a bit extra cash and accumulate assets. Real Estate sounds like an interesting, fun, challenging way on doing it. I've been trying to read up on everything that I can before I get started.
I love watching all those HGTV shows on people buying, fixing, flipping and negotiating on homes.. The idea that that could be me excites and motivates me.
About a year and a half ago and I bought my first home and learned some new things from the experience. However, that is all the experience I have... So any tips, ideas, suggestions are appreciate it. Thank You!
