Hello from So Cal!
Hello,
My name is Tyler and I am from so cal, specifically Orange County. I am new to this site and have heard a lot of good things. My wife and I purchased our home in November of 2013, we are both teachers. I am looking to get into real estate as something to do on the side. Any advice on how I should get started?
