Hello every one! My name is Gabriel. I have no experience in real estate investing although I am currently employed with a Florida based title insurance company that I have been with for the last 12 years.  I spend all day looking at public record documents concerning real estate.

I would really like to work for myself and this seemed like the most logical way to do so. I'm currently in the process of educating myself and figuring out what the best way for me to invest in real estate is.

I have a wonderful girlfriend that I've been with for almost six years and our family consists of a cat and dog.  We are planning to expand into the realm of having bipedal children and being able to spend as much time with them as possible when we do is the main motivating factor for me right now.

I look forward to learning from everyone here!
