Hello everyone. My name is Dave Sharp from Noblesville, IN. My wife and I are taking the leap into real estate investing and it's about time! I have been involved with the commercial and residential floor covering business for over 30 years and have known many an investor. Always having an interest but making excuses for not enough time, has always held me back. My wife, Tracy, is an exceptional Emergency Room RN as well as an exceptional person in general. She has given me the boost I needed, say a loving "nudge", to pursue this business full time to help reach our long term, financial goals. 

I thoroughly enjoy speaking with and helping people. My favorite part of the business so far is the many, new and interesting folks I have met in a short period of time. I expect BP will be no exception! I look forward to networking with like-minded individuals and of course, gleaning as much knowledge as I can from the many, experienced investors and entrepreneurs already involved. Thanks for the time and thanks in advance to everyone going forward!
