Hey you guys are great, I'm 33 years old and a happy father of four kids. Two boys and two girls what the odd of that lol. I'm  a full time barber, in the business since 1998 and I'm enjoying the freedom of being my own boss but in reality I have a lot of bosses.  Everyone that sits on my chair is my boss. As far as real estate I will like to get into wholesaling to start my investing business of fix-flip or long term buy and hold and after sometime commercial. There are a lot of Multi family home around my area so I would like to get involved with those. Bigger pockets is amazing n very informative so for now I will like to learn and get the information I need to succeed. Like I said I'm just a beginner but I always had a interest in real estate and owning beautiful homes. So let's see what the future hold because I'm going after it.
