Hello everyone. My name is David. I've been investing in real estate for over 17 years and am new to BP. I was in mortgage banking for several years and left to pursue some other things. I've been a full time Realtor in my town since 2007. I am also a minister. My goal is to increase my cash flow and pay off some existing mortgages. I'm 43 years old and wanting to start simplifying some things. Looking forward to the future!
