Hello to everyone, My Name Is Bill O'Brien. 44 yrs old

I am completely new to the Real Estate investment Business. I recent attended a Fortune Builders Summit (Tampa) and it helped me open my eyes to the business better. I just was not going to spend $34,997 on a Mastery program which was very nice and gave me warm and fuzzy feelings. But I have since done my home work and decided I will network for Mentors and advise in my own area and attend local REIA meetings. And learn at my own pace which is key for me to retain education and become the best I can be.

My background included Construction 20 plus years ago, Military service in Naval Aviation, Truck Body Industry Management, and my current source of income managing a Mobility company that converts vehicles with physical challenges to drive with safety and comfort. My late father was a Paraplegic and it was a way to honor his memory and help other who in his position.

So my inner sense of business ownership has kicked and has brought me to this new beginning in my life.  Want to change my life and other around me. 

I want to thank everyone in advance for welcoming and I will be networking here in the Tampa Bay area and joining the Local REIA as well.
