Hi everyone! My name is Isaac Guzman. I was introduced to this site by a buddy and co-worker of mine named Benjamin Arp. I was born and raised here in San Diego and now work in the Real Estate Technology industry. I am familiar with the RE industry for the most part but am interested in learning about RE investment. I also want to make a few connections and learn as much as I can.

I love to learn and RE and RE investing is my newest conquest. I have a strong background in marketing, sales and sales management.

Other than that, please ignore any "dumb" questions I may ask.

@Paul Timmins thanks for the greetings. Quick question, if you had to read one (or two) RE investing book what would it be? I am an avid reader and have a few road trips coming up which lend themselves to some serious reading time. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!
