Financing options for an auction property
I'm looking for options to financing a property that is up for auction. The auction is cash only. I have researched the property and it's value is double of what the expected auction price. It is in a resort community and the properties in the community regularly rent 25-30 weeks a year, or about $30K of income per year. Any suggestions would be helpful.
