I'm a real estate agent working on enhancing the content I share with my clients. Studying the way the bigger pockets forum community communicates has been helpful in being able to better articulate local information that my clients are looking for. I work almost exclusively with clients selling and buying investment properties, and am hoping to strengthen my connection with them through engaging with the kinds of questions and topics I see in bigger pockets. Amen to the Cape traffic.  I lived 3 years on the Cape and came to hate the summers because it was gridlock.
