Greetings everyone! This is Mic James here! A guy with little real world experience and a decent amount of book knowledge. Growing up a subliminally knew that Real Estate was a good avenue as I watched my mom and step dad pay a good portion of bills and such, off of two properties using family equity. To this day my mom still earns revue on those houses.
I'm looking to start out doing wholesaling, by trade I'm a freelance writer and comic book creator. I need real estate to work for me to pursue avenues with much greater intensity. I look forward to learning from you all and one day being able to help others!
