hi I'm Kurt stevenson, I am currently in the navy stationed in pearl harbour Hawaii, and  hope to be in charleston, SC in the next year. I was hopeing to get a start on investing in real estate there before even moving there, but I'm not sure how to make this work.

Thanks mehran! I haven't yet but I've heard great things.
And Tim I was thinking duplex-quads for cash flow. My goal is to have enough to support me and my soon to be family for when I get out of the navy there.
