Welcome to the site. I am from MN as well and have family near Rochester. I looked for some multifamily homes in Rochester and was considering a short term rental for people who may be visiting the Mayo Clinic. My idea would be a fully furnished unit similar to a vacation rental. I did not see too much in the way of multifamily units in your area though. Have you looked at any other areas? Right now I am invested in the Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Raeford area of North Carolina 28736 and the Valparaiso, Florida areas 32580. I am hoping to branch out into the Pensacola or Panama City, Florida areas next.
