Foreign Investor from Hong Kong looking for first investment property in the United States
Greetings from Hong Kong! I just finished reading the book "Buying Property in the U.S.A. (A Foreign Investor's Guide)" by Sam Daniels and Ken Sugiura and have decided to join this site on their recommendation. I am looking to find my first real estate property in the United States and would like to develop a portfolio of investment properties that have a good balance of rental yields and capital gains.
