Hey All, New investor from Gloucester Country NJ!
Hey everybody, I'm looking to get started learning and hopefully in practice as well, with longer term buy and hold real estate investing in the southern new jersey area, as a graduate of Rowan University and someone who rented in the area for 3 years, I have an eye on the area for development and opportunities. My background is in personal finance and currently work as a financial adviser for a private independant firm in Philadelphia. Looking to meet and talk to anyone with experience with buy and hold real estate investing, and also other investors from the area! Thanks for the welcome!
