Hey Everyone,

My name is Chris, I live in Morris county NJ, and I am new to the world of real estate investing. I am currently learning everything I can so that my girlfriend and I can buy our first house. I am trying to find a property, possibly in the Montclair area, that will be a multifamily house that we can use to pay our mortgage for us and start our investing career off strong. Any tips, tricks, or advise would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to engaging in the discussions with all of you.
