forum introduction: doubtful of my commitment

Posted

hey everybody,

My name is Jeremy. I live in Vancouver, WA. I actually long ago came to this site, but there was no forum, just the goofy guy with a bunch of videos and a few blog posts. I never took the plunge of buying any property, so I left soon after.

Anyway, I still don't know if this is right for me. If I do get into REI, I would probably be a buy and hold renter, and I probably want to be a straight investor being hands off on the management side. I think an opportune time to make a decision. The tax sale that happens around February is soon.

So did anyone else feel this way? How do I know if this is or isn't for me

@Jeremy Hamilton    Real estate is not for everyone. Keep reading here and network in your local area with other investors. As you learn more the decision will become a little easier.
