Hi I'm a real estate newbie looking to invest in Beaverton/Hillsboro/Aloha/Tigard (Oregon). Its been relatively hard finding investment properties with positive cash flow in these areas. I'll like to meet active investors and real estate agents experienced in "buy and hold" in these areas.
