Hello- Jerry from Los Angeles flipping in Atlanta

I currently live in Los Angeles and have brought and held rental properties in four states (New York , Georgia , Alabama , Nevada) starting 2014 I left my job and wanted to start flipping houses. It has been a learning experience and while overseen every aspect of the rehab myself I ran across podcast and realized how much I didn't know. I currently finishing my 1st and will move on the the second. After which time I will establish a structure business plan using the information I've learned through BP and other podcast.
