Hello everyone, I am new to BP and found all sorts of useful information on the site regarding real estate investing. I only have one experience in flipping a house, but besides that, I have no other experience in real estate or rental properties.

I currently have two businesses that I am running full time and find myself with a large influx of capital and exploring options on different types of investments. I am trying to diversify my portfolio, and trying to see how real estate can be integrated in my investments.

Real estate does have its allure, but I'm still split on what would be the best use of capital. I'm relatively young and believe that I can take significantly more risks at this time.

Also... trying to see if real estate (in one form or another) can lower my taxes.

I hope to connect and reach out to local investors/agents in hopes of learning more about the nuts and bolts of REI.
