Hi BP!  We are Dan and Sherri Trent from Grand Prairie, TX who just completed a 3 day seminar on real estate investing and we are EXCITED about getting started in R.E.   We are both brand new at this and still have a LOT to learn but want to network with others who are already in the business who can give us some great tips.
