Hello!

My name is Greg and I am just beginning to dabble in real estate. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on for the last 8 months and I have decided to finally take some action. I am from Houston, Texas but currently live in South Jersey. I am active duty military and stationed in Central New Jersey. I have been holding off on getting into real estate because I know that within the next couple years I will be moving...again. After some thought I decided to try my hand at some small properties in New Jersey to learn as much as I can and am currently working on my first deal. I am mainly interested in buy and hold as I am gone frequently for weeks to months at a time. Ideally I would like to purchase properties everywhere the Air Force takes me (if the markets are good) and end up with a nice sized portfolio with different markets. Eventually I would like to end up back in Texas and have a real estate portfolio that I can work with full time. I look forward to meeting y'all!
