Newbie from NJ!

Hello everyone, after about 5 months of lurking, I've decided to finally post. My name is Shavon and I'm from New Jersey. My professional background is in healthcare/pharma and I'm currently working on my MBA. Decided to start investing in real estate (wholesaling) to diversify my income beyond my 9 to 5.  I want to focus exclusively on wholesaling for now and then move into other areas of investing. I've been listening to podcasts and researching the past 5 months and I have learned so much.  I've decided to take action and send out my first official direct mail campaign this weekend. I'm terrified but even more excited about whats to come. Really looking to network and learn from those who have been doing this a long time. I look forward to interacting with everyone!
