Hello everyone! My name is Adam Smith I am 24 years old and I am a full time student at the moment pursuing a degree in construction management. I have been in the construction industry since I was about 14 and I have developed a passion for it. I love the opportunity that the real estate industry offers and the feeling of accomplishment that come along with it. I would like to get into single family home fix and flips and also income properties, any advice on those subjects is great. I have wanted to get into real estate investment for quite a few years now and feel like I have just been spinning my wheels. I hope that is all about to change with the discovery of this great site. I am well versed in residential construction and the building process and have had a bit of experience as a home inspector as well, if I can help anyone in any way please don't hesitate to ask.
