Hi All! 
I became a member a few days ago.  Figured it was time I said a formal "howdy." 

I'm loving all the information and conversations on here.   Can't wait to share and add value some day soon ...  

I'm excited about getting plugged in to some meet up groups in NC and am eager to get my feet back into the market.  I built custom houses with a builder here for 7 years. He closed his business because the high-end market died out. The market NOW is not like it WAS back then. Everything has been bought up it seems!  It's a completely different animal.  Wow. 

Anyways, I'm thankful to have found a community of folks to run things by and seek advice/ direction.
