New Member in St. Louis, MO metro east area
Hi everyone, I'm Josh, 31 years old, live just outside of St. Louis, MO in the suburb of Collinsville, IL (about 20 minutes east of the "big city"). Have a dozen properties, mostly single family homes (one duplex, two townhomes) all self-managed at the moment. Buy/rehab/rent strategy. I would really like to connect with some fellow BP members, possibly partner on some deals, as I'm tired of working alone and enjoy brainstorming with others. If you're in the area, please reach out.
