New guy from Iowa

Hello,

My name is Shane Caraway. I apologize for the lack of picture. I will have one in a couple days.

I just recent moved to Iowa and am interested in getting stated in REI. I have bought and sold a couple houses. I currently own 1 house in New Mexico that is being rented out.

By the middle of January I will be closed on my newest home. I am interested in learning more about REI specifically rentals and even possibly some property management for other people.

The area that I live in real estate seems very inexpensive and the rent is pretty low as well, but the funny thing is you can't hardly find a place to rent.

Looking forward to diving into some of the forums and getting to know some like minded individuals.
