Newbie from Roswell, Georgia. Looking to expand my knowledge as I start a new career in real estate investing. I have a fixed income investing background, but recently left the cube behind to hike the Appalachian Trail and start a new career. I've always been interested in flipping and will likely start there, however I look forward to expanding my knowledge in other areas.
