Hello everyone.  I just signed up with BP a few days ago.  Just starting out in real estate investing.  I live in the area of Fort Worth, Teas.  I have one rental property that we bought back in 1988 as our first house. When we moved 11 years ago we rented it out.  I would like to start obtaining some other properties to rent and also do a flip every now and then.  Any advise would be a great help.
