Hi All,

My name is Sean O'Gorman. I have used BP as a resource for quite some time, but I thought it's probably time to setup an account and get more involved. I purchased my first rental property, a 4-plex, in 2011 and have slowly but surely rehabbed it, completely gutting 2 of the units and updating all of the plumbing and electrical. It has definitely been an eye opening experience, but one that I have greatly enjoyed. I am hoping to do at least one SFH in Milwaukee this year and hopefully only more from there. I look forward to getting to know all of you and becoming part of the community.
