Hello, I like to take this time out to introduce myself again my name is Yonelle and I'm a new investor. I've been thinking about real estate investment for years & I've done extensive research and now I'm ready to make some moves to obtain tangible results. If anyone have any interesting advice or tips to give from their beginning years of REI, please feel free to comment.

My plan is to build pro-folio of rental properties to have an income stream and when the market is good flip and continue buying additional rental properties.  I've been getting a lot of negative feedback from friends and family about this Venture but I strongly believe it is great way to build my net-worth.

I'm excited about the opportunity of exploring this forum more to see the kind of resources  available for individuals like myself.
