Good Evening, this is Rico White from Houston.  I have no experience in real estate but have always been intrigued with the concept of flipping houses.  I've determined that 2015 will be my year to go full force in this industry and surround myself with people of similar interests.  My goal is to find and buy a property within 90 days of this post.  And I plan to do that at least 3 other times this year.  With the help of this community I feel this should not be a problem.
