Hey fellow REI ! What a better way to start the New Year than by joining BP. My husband has listened to several podcasts and been on the forums and I am 'officially' jumping on the BP bandwagon. We are excited to be starting our journey towards obtaining rental properties as a source of passive income. We currently own our home, debt free and purchased a future investment property soon after for the purpose of a family member to reside in. We are now setting our sights on obtaining additional properties to be used as rentals. Our goal is to have at least 10 rental properties in 10 years. We aren't entirely new to BP. We have listened to alot of the podcasts and engaged in some of the forums but now are wanting to become a member of this great community. See you all around!
