Greetings and happy new year! I'm Larry Jackson.  I'm new to investing and hope to learn a lot while contributing here. My ultimate goal is to establish real estate wealth, provide additional income for my family long term, make some new friends and have fun along the way. As well, I would like to become an expert and share my knowledge and experience with others. 

My goal for this year is to do a minimum of 4 deals. They can be any combination of flips and/or rentals in the residential space. Over he next 3 - 5 years I would like to invest both commercial and residential properties.
