Hello All, 

I just became a member about a month ago when I heard about all the great resources on this site and networking opportunities. I just got into real estate in October and have just been learning and going to seminars. I finally decided to pull the trigger and start off with wholesaling properties, as I just finished school last year and am looking to build up some capital. 

I hope to meet anyone who is interested in working with wholesalers and am in the process of building a buyers database. I am of course looking for as much knowledge as possible along the way, if anyone has any pointers, it will be much appreciated. 

I am currently a member of CFRI in Orlando, FL. 

I look forward to keeping in touch and growing with my Bigger Pockets family.

Thanks so much @Paul Timmins you are right on with finding good deals. I see a lot of dead ends out there and I know the challenge will be getting to distressed properties before they hit the MLS. Thanks for the support
