Just a little intro, My name is Brian from Michigan. I'm a skilled tradesman working 7 days/ 12 hours plus. This life doesn't leave much time for family. So I m finally in a position to try to get financial freedom. My first house I paid off in 4.5 years (177k). I built my current house and rented out the previous house. My renters have been there 10 years to date. So now I've been researching liens and deeds and going to try my hand in this area of investing.
