Hi all,

I joined today.

I recently bought my first house (primary residence). In the process, I learned some things about Real estate, and seems this is something I would like to get more involved with.

I am new, please assist me where should I start from? I am going to go through the podcasts as well

I am interested in buying and renting out properties. Please introduce yourself and guide me on where to start with.

Let me know if anyone is interested in buying multifamily houses for renting and we can probably team up

Thanks
