hello everyone! I am new here but love what I see so far. I am from New York and have been looking at philly for a while now. I have areas I'm interested, but would love feedback /tips/comments on philly flipping. I am really interested in brewery town and strawberry mansion, these are looking good. I'm open to all comments! Thanks and looking forward to meeting you all!
