Greetings everyone in the forums!  I'm a military veteran, turned real estate agent in the central New York area.  I've been licensed for 3 years and have been studying real estate for 4-5 years now.  I've always been interested in investing and have read as many books as I could get my hands on.  I feel comfortable enough now to start getting active in the investor side of things.  Learning everyday though!   Cheers :)

@Chris Kelso welcome to BP! Congrats on a successful transition from the military to the real estate world. It's always great to hear about military guys making moves on the outside. I'm in the Air Force myself and just started investing back in April of last year. This website is awesome, so be sure to stay active.
