Hello Everybody,

My name is Wilfred, but everybody calls me Wil, and I'm new to BP and real estate investing. I've always liked homes and been interested in investing, but never pursued it, so I've decided to finally do something about it.

I have little experience, but a good work ethic and keep up with my local real estate market extensively.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can about buy & hold, flipping, wholesaling investments.
