Greetings, folks,

My name is Asim Khan and I reside in the Milwaukee Area, have lived in the area for about 15 years. I have worked for the last 20 years in technology, Windows and such (snooze!)

After taking a course in Udemy on REI and flipping and then reading a couple of books on the subject, I found BP and signed up - what an awesome repository and community, all on-point.

Anyway, I am a little too cautious by nature and would like to get my first property this year, wholesaling to kick it off and build up the war chest.
