29 year old from Oregon ready to have an early retirement

Hello, I am very excited to find this site and with your guys help I can finally start on the path to becoming the successful real estate owner! I am a project manager for a small manufacturing firm in Corvallis, OR. 

Through this site, I have a name to what I serverly suffer from which is "Analysis Paralysis." I need to break the cycle and finally start working towards the success I want. 

I want to get started in buy and hold real estate but in properties not in my state. I have tons of questions and just need to dive in. Thanks in advance for your advice!
